Phillip MacIntosh

Pastoral Team
Phillip has been a part of the Horizon family since birth, and a member of the pastoral team since 1999. After working for several years with the Youth Development International Crisis Hotline, and serving on the pastoral team at Horizon, Phillip was called to pastor Horizon UTC. After almost 5 years of pastoring at Horizon UTC, Phillip was called back to serve alongside his father at Horizon Christian Fellowship San Diego. On June 7th, 2015 Pastor Mike MacIntosh passed the baton to his son Phillip who now serves as the pastor over Horizon Christian Fellowship. He also serves as a chaplain with the San Diego Harbor Police, Chula Vista Fire Department and Chula Vista Police Department. Phillip is married with three children.

Cesar Gervasi

Pastoral Team
Cesar has been serving on the Horizon pastoral team since 2003. After spending a year as a missionary to his home country of Peru in 2008, he returned and currently serves as the pastor of Horizon’s Spanish Ministry. He teaches La Palabra, the Spanish service on Sunday mornings. He also serves during the week in Pastoral Care providing Biblical guidance as a counselor. Cesar is married with two children.

Mike MacIntosh

In 1976, Mike started the ministry of Horizon Christian Fellowship and on June 7th, 2015 passed the baton to his son Phillip MacIntosh who now serves as Pastor over Horizon. Over one hundred churches and para-church organizations have grown out of this congregation worldwide, as well as Horizon Christian Academy, a preschool through high school educational system that enrolled over 1,000 students at it’s peak.
